S čím kraniosakrální terapie pomáhá

Craniosacral Therapy Prague

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a holistic, gentle, non-invasive, trauma-informed, and supportive method that uses touch to help release deep-seated tension in the body and restore balance to the nervous system.

My name is Kristýna and I provide BCST in English at my cozy studio in Prague 5.

What you'll find with me

A witness to your journey

Craniosacral therapy does not address anything on a mental level; it does not attempt to explain or analyze anything. It provides you with a safe space where you can process your issue.

Communication

Communication rooted in open curiosity, empathetic listening, and support in finding what brings you relief and strength.

A judgement-free
space

A judgment-free space where I guarantee complete confidentiality and where we create an environment in which you’ll feel safe and able to open up freely.

More about biodynamic

craniosacral therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a holistic, gentle, non-invasive, trauma-informed, and supportive method that uses touch to help release deep-seated tension in the body and restore balance to the nervous system.

It evolved from osteopathy at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It focuses on health and supports the ways in which health can manifest in your life.

During the session, we create a safe space where we allow ourselves to be present with whatever arises. We allow everything to express itself freely. At the same time, we verbally share what is happening, which helps us integrate the physical experience and naturally incorporate it into our daily lives.

In my practice,

I welcome anyone who…

… identifies as queer, belongs to any ethnicity, religion, or sexual minority,

… is looking for a guide who can create a safe space where they can remain in deep calm and in the present moment,

… wants to engage in their own personal development and comes with a desire for ongoing work, rather than settling for a single session,

…feels they carry transgenerational trauma,

…is a person of color,

…struggles within their own body with the geopolitical situation of today’s world and is looking for a way to face it with integrity and to live out their personal activism.
